Jaw Tension

Jaw tension is something many of us carry without noticing until the ache sets in. Stress
and anxiety often cause us to clench, while night time teeth grinding or long hours of poor posture at a desk can make it worse. Over time, this tightness can spread into headaches, neck pain, and restless sleep.
Massage is one of the most effective ways to ease the strain. Gently working the muscles around the cheeks, temples, and jaw helps release built-up tension and improves circulation. Warm compresses, mindful breathing, and simple stretches can also encourage relaxation. Even small changes, like checking in with your posture or giving your jaw a moment to soften during the day, can make a big difference.
Bringing awareness to these patterns is the first step. With regular care, jaw tension can shift from a daily burden to something much more manageable.
